I am interested in “the criteria and incentives of owning a Landmarked property in Kirkland”. Our lot has been here a long, long time. County found the house in 1945…no idea how old, other than architecture leans towards 1929, and a postcard in the kitchen wall was of the Golden Gate Bridge being built in what, 1936?
