The 2 Ridge developments are in an RSA 8 zone to the West of 84th and the Hageman short plat is a 9 lot plat in an RSA 4 zone a half block up the hill from Juanita Drive as it runs from the hairpin east into Juanita Beach. You will see maps showing the location of each project.
