PROPOSAL: James Jordan, the applicant, is requesting a Process I Short Plat Permit to Subdivide a 163,373 sq. ft. lot into 9 new lots in a RSA 4 zone. Lots range in size from 7,600 to 20,108 sq. ft. and will be located on the south side of the stream. A stream, wetland and their associated buffer bisect the property. Access will be taken from 97th Ave NE. The application was received by the City on March 21, 2016 and was deemed complete on June 29, 2016.
