Wed., March 25th Neighborhood Meeting

Dear Finn Hill neighbors and friends: Welcome to the first day of Spring! It seems fitting to mark the occasion by inviting you to come to our first general meeting of the year! Date & Time: Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at 7 pm. Location: Finn Hill Middle School Cafeteria (8040 Northeast 132nd Street Kirkland, WA 98034.) The Finn Hill Neighborhood Alliance (FHNA) is hosting a neighborhood meeting in the cafeteria/meeting hall. Please come! The meeting is open to everyone and will offer two important perspectives on how Finn Hill is changing: Radke property development – 18 homes: A representative of Toll Brothers will review his company’s plans to build 18 homes on property located between Juanita Drive and 80th Avenue, just north of 125th Street. See attached map. This is a significant development. The meeting will be your best opportunity to learn about it and to ask questions about design, traffic plans, tree retention, surface water management, and the like. (View PDF of Map) Finn Hill neighborhood plan – we’re starting up and need your help!: The Radke development is one of several Finn Hill residential construction projects for which permit applications are pending. When a project conforms to zoning requirements, it’s often difficult for neighbors to affect a developers’ plans. That’s why it’s essential to create a good neighborhood plan in which zoning for homes and businesses makes sense. But Finn...

Agenda for the Finn Hill Neighborhood Meeting June 25 at 7pm

Dear friends and neighbors: The Finn Hill Neighborhood Alliance cordially invites you to our general meeting next Wednesday, June 25, at 7pm in the Finn Hill Middle School Cafeteria (8040 NE 132nd Street). We’ll hear...
